As a Senior Change & Release Manager you will be responsible for supporting your Product teams successfully deliver products and projects that may spawn across multiple departments and geographies. You will work closely with the engineering and the other stakeholders' teams on identifying dependencies and critical issues and help drive them to resolution. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. 

What you will be doing at UiPath

  • Facilitate the release delivery process, manage scope and dependencies across products and teams. 
  • Own and drive the delivery of releases on a weekly/monthly cadence. 
  • Coordinate with cross functional groups on cross team dependencies and release readiness activities. 
  • Manage release status updates and provide clarity to all stakeholders, including the team, on progress towards the agreed milestones. 
  • Drive sprint planning and sprint / release retrospectives and ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Establish standardization and consistent release management processes globally and cross department coordination of release functions. 
  • Measure release effectiveness leveraging data trends and metrics to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Rationalize business priorities and technical requirements with cross-functional teams, effectively managing cross-functional communication to all stakeholders.

What you'll bring to UiPath

  • 8+ years of experience in program management roles working in software development projects.
  • Proven track record of shipping enterprise product releases and SaaS products.
  • Experience in various agile and hybrid methodologies and continuous integration. 
  • Experience in Jira and Azure Devops (VSTS).
  • Expertise in Change Management, driving change approval board meetings and release of products to public sector markets.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. 
  • Experience in building processes, project management and release schedules on a global scale. 
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience working in RPA, AI or BPM is a plus.
  • Experience working compliance on FedRAMP cloud systems would be a plus.
  • The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
