Your mission:  
The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing is a key member of the Americas Marketing team responsible for delivering smart, innovative, and performance-driven demand generation programs that synchronize multiple channels including regional content syndication, events, email, social media.   This position will identify, select and manage 3rd party media partners and associations to drive acquisition and expansion in enterprise accounts, aligned to the go to market strategy. They will lead a national acquisition marketing program to capture soaring demand of UiPath automation.  They will manage vendor relationships to ensure that optimal value is delivered, and performance metrics are met. The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing will be at the cutting edge of digital marketing innovation within the industry and use that expertise to influence and support digital marketing decisions across the team.  

This is what you will do at UiPath:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs, end to end, that capture net new logos and expand existing customers 
  • Utilize internal and external data sources to identify and recommend media vendors and associations that deliver on go to market and campaign objectives 
  • Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs (Request For Proposal) to prospective media partners and associations 
  • Partner with Global Campaigns, ABM and Regional teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategy and plan 
  • Manage budget – SOW creation, PO management, approvals, and payments 
  • Provide program plan and spec sheet to creative team and/or brand for ad ops trafficking to ensure go live readiness 
  • Manage pre-campaign checks to ensure all campaign elements are measurable 
  • Manage campaign performance on-going to continuously optimize

This is what you’ll bring to our team:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in the enterprise space 
  • 8+ years of digital/program media buying  
  • Strong understanding of the digital media space inclusive of all site direct and all specialty fields 
  • Creative and methodical problem solver 
  • A passion for and a proven track record of building high impact, memorable, integrated marketing programs  - email, content syndication, display, integrated 3rd party programs and web, etc., from the ground up to drive pipeline  
  • Solid experience using integrated digital marketing programs to drive enterprise customer acquisition  
  • Project management skills: experience creating, documenting, evaluating and refining processes and programs with a focus on continuous improvement 
  • Great business sense and negotiation skills 
  • Proven ability to bring people together to understand goals, identify options, from hypotheses, make decisions, and learn faster through feedback 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and win as one-team 
  • Strives for operational excellence and attention to detail 
  • SaaS, software, or tech industry experience preferred
