Sr. Manager Account Based Marketing (ABM) - Remote East Coast

About This Role:
UiPath is look for a talented and experienced senior-level Field or Account Based Marketer to be a member of the expanding Global Account Based Marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Account Based Marketing & Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for working side-by-side with Sales and Customer Success to create, execute, track and refine a comprehensive Account Based Marketing Plan for up to 15 top customers. This role requires a strong background in developing and managing integrated, highly customized, one-to-one marketing campaigns and programs including messaging/content, display/social advertising, email, direct mail, live and virtual events

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Align Sales and Customer Success around a single set of goals and develop a comprehensive ABM plan to support achieving those goals.
  • Identify opportunities within top accounts via predictive analytics and intent tools to target the right individual, line of business, division in your ABM plans.
  • Interface with our ABM martech stack including SFDC, Marketo, Uberflip, 6Sense. Leverage these technologies to amplify our message in your 1/1 ABM plans. Rationalize the data from these tools to ensure 1/1 ABM campaigns, programs and tactics are driving responses, engagement and pipeline.
  • Work with our messaging agency to create, review, edit, improve 1/1 messaging and creative treatments including account specific value propositions and unique content creation.
  • Work directly with customer champions to design and deploy customer-sponsored ABM campaigns and programs within target accounts
  • Provide consistent communications and reporting across all parties on status, needs, gaps and potential risks

This is what you will bring to UiPath:

  • 8+ years of Field, ABM, and/or campaign/program marketing experience in B2B. Experience in creating, executing, measuring, optimizing and reporting of integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including list building and targeting, personalized websites and landing pages, account-based display and social ads, content syndication, direct mail, etc.
  • A passion for being directly engaged in the sales cycle and interfacing with customers. Past Sales experience considered a plus.
  • Experience in account-based marketing strategies, tactics and technologies that attract, engage, convert and delight audiences while supporting specific business and pipeline objectives.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and ABM tools (6Sense, Demandbase, SFDC, Uberflip preferred).
  • Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines and resources including vendors and budget.
  • Possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a bias for action.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or Management
