The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the technical side of things but likes talking to people every once in a while. You will need the ability both to investigate technical problems and communicate them to others. When someone has a challenge, they come to us.
You will have a lot of freedom and have access to a wide array of resources. With these tools, we expect you to be bold and immersed in all manners related to the supportability of our products. Our support team has developed tools that have been incorporated into the product, we manage our own test environments, and we are expected to add more to the company beyond simple break/fix support. We encourage you to learn and come up with your own projects.
