Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:

  • Relationship management
  • Act as SPOC for the assigned Product Family for answering questions coming from GS team members
  • Participate in regular cadence meetings with stakeholders from Product, Product Marketing, Learning, etc.
  • Track upcoming product releases and be continuously up to date with what’s included in every release.
  • Test new builds to be always up to date with latest news and features coming from Product & Engineering, identify & report potential bugs.
  • Product feedback & engagement
  • Review & Provide feedback on Technical Architecture, Specs & other shared technical documentation
  • Propose new features in Product Board and constantly monitor development progress
  • Gather feedback from the field, curate it and share it with the Product team
  • Get involved in specific deals or customer engagements to unblock any pending issue, provide value to the customer, and share feedback to product team
  • GS Enablement, content development & infrastructure management
  • Share Product knowledge with regional SMEs & extended GS team through enablement sessions, technical courses, TMM series, etc.
  • Drive internal Instructor Led Workshops to build Product expertise within our Global Services organization
  • Work with Learning & Product to Outline/Design Enablement courses for Internal, Customer & Partner enablement
  • Build ad-hoc & release-based content & collaterals (custom workflows, demos, use cases, industry specific, PoVs, marketing videos, etc. requests coming from either internal or from the field)
  • Manage & enhance the DSF (Demo Scalability Framework) ARM templates, demo/VM pipeline & required infrastructure
  • Run Technical enablement workshops in each region to ensure technical expertise & readiness across the globe
  • Adjust internal enablement content based on Customer(Academy) & Partner team feedback to be shared externally
  • Consolidate in Highspot enablement collaterals such as Product documentation, release notes, courses, demo videos, marketing materials, etc

Here's what you will bring to UiPath:

  • Extensive knowledge over at least one Product family.
  • Comprehensive experience in implementing UiPath products in customer/partner organizations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer environments, business processes and their RPA deployments.
  • Solid shareholder management skills and eagerness to collaborate across various groups such as Product, Marketing, Learning, etc.
  • Experience in integrating different applications using web services/Rest/custom activities/scripting, etc.
  • Track record of working in software development roles and managing release pipelines represents a plus.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, ability to run live demos, instructor lead workshops and create training materials.
  • Team player, self-motivated, capable of meeting deadlines and going the extra mile to achieve the required results.
