This is what you will do at UiPath

  • Support the UiPath GTM Leadership in developing the market’s business plan, go-to-market strategy and gaining the required support to execute programs.
  • Drive operational excellence (business growth, opportunity, health and performance metrics), across our rapidly growing UiPath teams in-market.
  • Partner with VPs, Sales in managing the day to day rhythm of sales operations
  • Ability to synthesize big data into strategic and actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across UiPath’s commercial lines of business
  • Track and manage projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition and workflows to monitor overall sales health
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Corporate Development to drive strategic initiatives
  • Work with a broad base of stakeholders to troubleshoot issues across all stages of the business cycle to improve overall performance. Ensure stakeholder issues are resolved in a timely manner.

This is what you will bring to the team:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience across strategy, consulting, or operations functions
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skill
  • Strong business acumen
  • Korean or Mandarin speaker required
  • Working experience with Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
