Your Mission:

In this role you will lead and stand up a Regional Partner Sales Engineering organization. You will be responsible to hire, onboard, develop and mentor a growing Partner Sales Engineering team while working closely with Geo and Partner Sales leadership to define partner technical success initiatives, set business direction and align priorities across the sales territories and focus partner lists across APJ. You'll be an active, hands-on leader with outstanding Tech Sales Engineering and partner facing skills capable of communicating our value proposition to partner technology leaders, partner automation practice leaders, COE Leaders and mutual customers. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales Engineering, APJ.

This is what you will be doing at UiPath

  • Execution of the UiPath GTM strategy to ensure over-achievement of our revenue targets and business objectives. Partners are a critical route to market in this and this leadership role is to ensure the technical success of UiPath’s stated partnering strategy in APJ.
  • Lead the overall strategy and execution on 3 core areas, 1) targeted partner enablement and RPA practitioner skills development in our ecosystem, 2) joint pursuit mentoring support on strategic accounts and 3) developing customer journey onboarding capabilities and imparting RPA adoption best practices for our top partners in region.
  • Hire, onboard, develop and mentor a Regional Partner Presales team with focused field engagement with customers and joint prospects.
  • Partner with Partner Sales leadership to manage appropriate resource allocation contributing to technical development initiatives, solutions co-creation and accelerated opportunity closure within our ecosystem.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and prescriptive guidance to a diverse Presales team.
  • Provide ongoing partner feedback and competitive intelligence to Product Management, Product Marketing, and CI teams.
  • Foster a culture that develops and retains Presales team members and positions them for future career growth.
  • Conduct typical management functions such as interview/hire qualified candidates, conduct performance reviews, and actively participate in employee career planning.
  • Assist in increasing end-user adoption and consumption of UiPath products through participation in events, training, seminars, and other activities as appropriate.
  • Engage partners in technology vision and strategy discussions and seed tech practice development investments within our focus GSI/RSIs across APJ.
  • Set up a Partner Technology Advisory Board for strategic partners in APJ.
  • Actively participate in QBR and Partner Planning reviews with Regional and Territory teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong contacts and relationships with corporate resources that can assist in driving GTM strategy.
  • Reporting on pre-determined intervals.
  • Contribute to the rollout of technical programs/deliverables from UiPath Partner Programs to the Partner ecosystem explaining how to sell and position our value proposition, products, and success offerings.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products to effectively address and dispel objections to UiPath solutions within our APJ ecosystem.
  • Job may require up to 60% travel subject to local market covid restrictions.

  • Ability to validate proposed solutions and architectures and create appropriate messaging for UiPath Presales, technical staff and partners demonstrating UiPath’s unique differentiators.

This is what you will bring to the team

  • You should be or have:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of industry related experience.
  • Minimum of five years in a relevant Presales leadership capacity.
  • RPA and/or BPO experience highly desirable, though technical sales engineering leadership experience in ERP/SaaS/Cloud/Enterprise IT will be considered as well.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset. Always looking to disrupt and innovate.
