UiPath is looking for a Marketing copywriter experienced in B2B messaging to join our growing Demand Generation Marketing team. We're looking for an accomplished, highly skilled, creative copywriter to write compelling emails, landing pages, digital ads, social banners, and other campaign assets, as well as contribute to demand generation materials such as e-books and infographics. 
This role will sit within our Demand Generation COE (Center of Excellence) and support demand generation copy that helps advance business buyers through the stages of the customer journey, which include   increasing brand awareness of UiPath, engaging our audience on the benefits of automation, educating them on value of the Fully Automated EnterpriseTM, and ultimately driving demand.
You will work with subject matter experts across the organization, such as product marketing and industry marketing, and transform their talking points into compelling demand generation content that will inspire our target audience to take action. Your key stakeholders include Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing, ABM, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong writing skills, has a strong editorial skills, as well as experience adhering to technical style guides. You are a self-starter with an established track record in creating successful marketing copy.


  • Write demand generation marketing campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, social media ads, web banners, PPC copy, SEO copy, briefing documents, e-books, and other content for UiPath. 
  • Write and deliver an engaging, consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints that captures an audience’s attention, and inspires action.
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from campaign briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
  • Manage multiple writing assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment, which requires you to be proactive and communicative with stakeholders.
  • Edit and proofread as needed.
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to UiPath brand and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our Global Campaigns team to develop innovative and high-impact campaign content that yield successful results for UiPath. 
  • Maintain a collaborative, consultative relationship with subject matter experts like Product Marketing to accurately reflect our offerings, and Industry Marketing to co-develop audience first content.
  • Recommend best practices and proactively recognize opportunities to reuse, repackage, and optimize content to maximize return on the company’s content investment.
  • Monitor how campaign copy performs (for example: click through rates, open rates, conversion rates) and incorporate learnings into development of future assets.
  • Perform campaign reviews, or post-mortems, and package up results and recommendation for recurring programs. 
  • Create demand generation kits with sample copy and best practice recommendations that stakeholders such as regional marketing teams can leverage for multi-series events, regional webinars, and repeat programs.


  • 5-7 years of writing experience.
  • Strong editorial background and proofreading skills, as well as experience adhering to technical style guides.
  • Possess a strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy and creativity, and follow-through. 
  • Have experience working in faced-paced start-up environments and high growth companies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as we grow.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas at different stages in the customer buying journey.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across an organization including demand generation, sales, channels, partners, and product marketing.
  • Samples of previously produced content required (please attach to application).


  • Preference for candidates with a background in B2B, and/or SaaS writing experience
  • Experience in RPA, artificial intelligence, or business process management software is a plus
  • Experience with content management tools like HighSpot
  • Adobe Creative Suite a plus
