The Role
We’re currently in search of a Complex Deal Leader for our Enterprise accounts across the Americas. This role drives the next wave of growth through an increased focus on the largest customers across our key geographies. These customers are the most complex and highest potential accounts. Our laser-focus on solving their business problems and delivering a world class experience will continue to generate powerful customer testimonies, elevate UiPath to trusted advisor status, and ultimately win even larger multi-million dollar deals.
You will be specifically responsible for partnering with the Sales VP’s to identify high opportunity accounts, create a plan of engagement to deliver value to the customer, and partner with the customer to meet their desired business outcomes. You will be driving all the critical phases of the Cycle (Discovery, Strategy, Negotiation, and Closure). The ideal candidate will have significant C-Suite connections as well as board level experience, be a proven collaborator across internal and external stakeholders, and have demonstrated success in constructing complex multimillion-dollar deals. 

This is what you'll do at UiPath

  • Act as trusted advisor and thought leader in the development of the strategy and deal; partners in the execution of the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive opportunities.
  • Inspire and influence internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles in order to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Facilitate alignment and effective UiPath communication within internal and external stakeholders and promptly resolves any challenges
  • Cultivate best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvement.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, legal, etc.) as required.

This is what you'll bring to UiPath

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Technology or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
  • 10+ years in a value driven sales environment working with teams on of strategic, complex, and/or competitive opportunities; customer facing in a solution oriented capacity
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Proven success in constructing and closing multi-million dollar deals
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 40% to 60% travel as required for customer engagements (post covid)
