How can I join the Automation Summit?
For a binding registration, please fill out the registration form here.
Your registration is not transferrable. If you are no longer able to attend, please email your cancellation to trine.jellingholt@uipath.com, so we can reallocate the space.
What does participation include?
Participation is free of charge and includes access to the event and networking area, as well as all meals and drinks offered during the event.
Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the conference pass.
What food is provided during the conference?
During the event, lunch will be provided and coffee breaks will include snacks.
In which language will the event take place?
The event will be held in Swedish, but individual presentations may also be in English. Presentations may be subtitled for your convenience.
When will the agenda be published?
We will constantly update our program with speakers and lectures. Please visit our Agenda regularly to be up to date.

How can I arrive?
Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre is located between the Stockholm Central Station and the City Hall. Escalators right next to the congress centre give you direct access to the Central Station, including railway platforms, subway platforms, and the airport shuttle train platform. If arriving by car several large indoor car parks are nearby. Parking directly at the venue is limited.
What is the dress code for the Automation Summit?
There is no specific dress code for the event.
Do I have to wear my conference badge at all times?
Yes, please wear your conference badge during the event. Your badge will also help you to get to know other participants. If you lose your badge, please contact the registration.
Will WiFi be available during the conference?
Yes, WiFi will be provided for all attendees during the event (subject to change).
