The path to impact: Driving transformational value through AI-powered automation

The ongoing macro-economic uncertainty coupled with rapid advances in AI are making automation more important than ever. Driving operational efficiency has become the number one priority for 55% of CEOs in the Asia Pacific region, and automation can play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows and accelerating time to value as we look to become digital businesses. IDC expects that by 2028, 80% of CIOs will leverage organisational changes to harness AI, automation, and analytics, driving agile, insight-driven digital businesses. Join this session by Daniel-Zoe Jimenez, Vice President of Research at IDC to hear more about the state of the Asia Pacific region, the challenges that are hindering organisations’ progress, and how leading businesses are leveraging automation technologies to drive transformational business outcomes.
