  Comwell Køge Strand is located in Køge (south of Copenhagen) at Strandvejen 111, 4600 Køge. Driving time from central Copenhagen is roughly ~35–45 minutes depending on traffic. There’s free parking in the hotel’s large parking area by the main entrance.

  Public transportation

  From Copenhagen Central Station, take the S-train to Køge Station. From Køge Station, it’s around a 10–15 minute walk to the hotel.

  If you’re arriving by intercity train (e.g., from other parts of Denmark) or from Copenhagen Airport, you can route via Køge Nord; it’s about 8.8 km from the hotel (taxi from there is typically easiest).

  Copenhagen Airport: The most convenient option is a taxi to the venue. Expect around 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. Standard taxis are metered, but you can often lock in a fixed price if you pre-book / use a taxi app.

• When and where can I pick up my conference badge? What are the registration hours?

  You will check in at the designated registration area. There you will get your conference badge that you will wear during the whole event. Registrations open at 08:30.
