The UiPath way: building a culture of giving and continuous impact | UiPath

From our weekly ‘Giving Tuesdays’ to employee-driven volunteer projects, giving back is a part of who we are. It’s not a side initiative—it’s built into our culture.
As a global company with people from all walks of life, we know how important it is for everyone to feel seen, supported, and represented.
Our Social Impact efforts are grounded in one simple belief: tech should be a force for good. Whether it’s supporting local communities or building a more equitable, sustainable future, we’re here to use what we know to make things better.
We're proud of the ways we've set up to encourage and help our employees give back to their communities. We're not just talking about making a difference—we're taking real steps to make it possible. Through practical programs, we're helping our people aid causes that matter most to them.
Here’s an overview:

We provide each UiPather with 40 paid volunteer hours annually, creating opportunities to support causes they care about—independently or through UiPath-sponsored initiatives.
Every quarter, our global team unites to make a meaningful community impact. These drives strengthen our bonds and align with our Celebrations Calendar, reflecting our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and global awareness. Activities range from environmental cleanups and blood drives to local community projects and year-end giving.
We've reimagined the concept of Giving Tuesday and turned it into a weekly tradition. Employees can support featured causes each week on our Good Today Slack platform. They choose a charity between Tuesday and Friday, and UiPath will donate $1 to them.

With UiPathers spread across more than 45 countries, our giving program reflects the rich diversity of our global family. The causes we feature in Good Today are purposeful and chosen based on our Celebration Calendar and by our employees. This calendar was carefully crafted with multiple PUCs (People Unity Councils—our version of ERGs) and includes important dates and events for different social causes. UiPathers are also encouraged to submit nonprofits that are important to them. This helps us make sure our giving matches the values and interests of our people.
From Bucharest to Bangalore, and from New York to Tokyo, our commitment to social responsibility comes to life through the diverse initiatives of our global team. During fiscal year 2024–2025, we partnered with more than 30 organizations—ranging from global nonprofits to grassroots community groups - driving change both locally and across the world. In fiscal year 2025–2026, we continued our efforts in this direction, and partnered with over 50 organizations to support the causes we believe in.
One of our main partners in this mission is the UiPath Foundation. This is a non-profit organization that shares our goal of a world where all children reach their full potential. The Foundation focuses on empowering children and young people from underprivileged communities through educational programs and digital skills development. UiPathers help with these efforts by giving their time and skills, especially during the Foundation's summer camps. These camps provide immersive learning experiences, combining technology education with personal development activities. According to their latest Impact Report, the Foundation has reached over 1000 children across multiple countries, providing them with access to quality education and digital literacy programs.

In India, our team has partnered with Cuddles Foundation to support the nutrition and care of children battling cancer across major hospitals in India.
With United Way Bengaluru, UiPathers planted over 770 trees at the Police Training School in Thanisandra—a day of teamwork, laughter, and purpose. Our partnership also strengthened education in rural areas, benefiting 1,000+ students, and volunteers assembled solar lamps for underserved schoolchildren.
UiPathers helped transform classrooms at Nandagudi School with mural painting and community engagement, a reminder that our greatest impact often happens beyond the office.
We also partnered with Udayan Care to host college students for career guidance, tech exploration, and mentorship. Here at UiPath, giving back is part of who we are: supporting the environment, empowering youth, and uplifting our communities.
In Romania, our commitment to social responsibility is equally strong and diverse—from supporting local animal shelters, to organizing blood donation drives, the causes we support reflect de interests of our people. Last year, partnering with Grow and Know, our team has helped bring holiday gifts to children in rural communities by playing Secret Santa, and when it comes to the environment, we've worked with Act for Tomorrow on a tree-planting project, where UiPathers helped plant over 200 trees.
This year, we kept giving back. We're especially proud that our newest partner is Habitat for Humanity. Together, we helped build homes for families in need and later responded to a building explosion in Bucharest with a $10,000 donation to support affected families, continuing our efforts to provide aid and strengthen the community in recovery.

Across the APAC region, our efforts often focus on food security and community support, with recent activities including meal preparation and distribution through partners like Our Big Kitchen, FareShare, Meals with Impact. UiPathers took on the 400km Spirit to Cure bike ride, raising funds and awareness for medical research. We've also supported clothing redistribution efforts with organizations such as Thread Together and Roundabout. In Japan, we volunteered for Teach for Japan, while also helping them streamline their work with our automations.
This year, UiPathers also joined the Clean Up event organized by Mitsubishi Estate and the YMCA Charity Run in late September in Tokyo. We were proud to have been involved in these events in 2023 and 2024.
In AMER, our teams are also engaged in community service across multiple locations. Austin UiPathers had volunteered with Community First! Village, Scare for a Cure, Holiday Wishes, Safe in Austin and Central Texas Food Bank. In Bellevue, we've served meals at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission, North Helpline Food Bank, and built tiny homes at the Hope Factory. Around Juneteenth, we organized volunteer events across several U.S. cities, including Seattle, where our team helped sort and pack food at Food Lifeline. We've also supported larger causes with donations, including $10K contributions to both Movember and the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind.
In the face of humanitarian crises, whether natural disasters or global conflicts—we act quickly and decisively to support those affected. It’s not something we pause to consider—it’s something we do instinctively. From the earliest moments of a crisis, our teams across the globe come together with urgency and compassion, channeling our collective energy into action.
The agility of our GoodToday platform helps us turn that intent into action at scale. When the war in Ukraine began, we rallied our global workforce and raised over $75,000 in a single month. In fiscal year 2024–2025 alone, we responded to urgent needs across the globe—from wildfires in California to floods in Europe—by launching special donation campaigns. In these moments, $10 was donated for each UiPather who clicked on a featured charity, resulting in more than $20,000 in direct support. In fiscal year 2025–2026, we continued to stand by communities in crisis, supporting causes such as Hurricane Relief in Jamaica through donations made via GoodToday and provided a $10,000 sponsorship to help families affected by the tragic apartment explosion in Bucharest.
These efforts are more than charitable responses, they’re a reflection of who we are: a company that leads with empathy, acts with urgency, and shows up when it matters most.

As UiPath continues to grow, so does our responsibility to drive meaningful social change. Grounded in our values and powered by our people, our Social Impact strategy embraces a flexible, employee-led approach to giving. It’s designed to stay responsive, inclusive, and effective—no matter how the world evolves. By coming together with intention and compassion, we can create a positive impact in the communities that need it most. We invite you to join us on this fantastic journey!
