VP Sales

Job Description
UiPath is searching for a proven technology solutions sales leader to define and execute its sales strategy. This is a truly great opportunity for an energetic leader that can thrive in a dynamic sales environment to join a VC backed, growing business as it enters a high-growth phase. You will build and lead the UiPath sales and account management organisation globally and be part of the UiPath executive team reporting directly to the CEO and working extensively with the COO. You will be particularly focused on further internationalising the UiPath business, and delivering meaningful growth in the US, Mainland Europe and Asia Pacific.

Some things we need from you
  • Manage overall sales process, assist in determining annual sales forecasts and update Company leaders on sales prospects and quarterly regional forecasts;
  • Create pricing and packaging strategies;
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base;
  • Strategic and tactical business partner and advisor to company leadership;
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies;
  • Gather feedback from potential and current customers to guide future development;
Some things you need to have
  • 10 plus years in BD and Sales leadership experience in selling SaaS offerings;
  • Building & Managing a Go-to-Market plan Direct and partners;
  • A demonstrable ability to collaborate with, sell to and through strategic partners;
  • Successful history building and managing high performance sales organizations;
  • Significant experience in managing relationships with customers and partners and the ability to navigate large organizations to reach and influence key decision makers;
  • Ability to work in a fast ­paced and entrepreneurial organization while supporting large existing customers;
  • Successfully grown markets with products in early-mid maturity feature state, technical orientation and ability to refine value propositions;
  • New Business (Demand Gen, Segments, Value selling-ROI);
  • Account Management (Programs, Renewals, expansion, demand gen, Relationships);
  • Enterprise Sales (Executive Selling, Deal instincts);
  • Building a sales and sales support teams; Hyper-growth experience (50%+ growth on base of team);
  • Excellent ability to organize, synthesize, and present information to senior leadership and key stakeholders on product and sales teams;
  • Result s­oriented with a sense of urgency and passion; proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets;
  • A deep understanding of the international BPS marketplace and a strong network of contacts at senior levels in the major BPO service providers as well as Managed Services and Shared Services businesses would be a distinct advantage;
  • Ability to work across various cultures; ability to speak multiple languages a plus;
  • Comfortable participating in technical discussions with a heavy dose of jargon and acronyms;
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus;
