RPA Solution Architect/ INDIA


Typically, part of the solution development team, the Solution Architect translates requirements created by functional analysts into the architecture for that solution and describing it through architecture and design artifacts. The rest of the development team then uses those artifacts to implement the solution. The Solution Architect's process typically involves selecting the most appropriate technology and options for the problem. Solution Architects play an important role in ensuring that the solution architecture aligns with the roadmaps established by the enterprise architecture, and that it adheres to the enterprise architecture principles.

Department: Professional Services Reporting to: Head of Delivery

Key relationship: IT Team, Development team, Customer IT, Infra and development teams and customer RPA Project teams

Location: Bucharest, Romania or Bangalore, India

Some things we need from you

  • Design/Architecture of the product/solution
  • Ensuring Client requirements get translated into Functional specifications and eventually into a detailed level design
  • Making sure the product/solution architecture is scalable and extensible
  • Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, performance in the team
  • Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
  • Constantly upgrading the product with the client needs and the technology
  • Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
  • Partner with our customers to identify best custom solution that meet our customers’ needs in terms of RPA strategy on enterprise level
  • Lead the organization in exploiting technology and use knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design
  • Understand and support to software architecture design and support development team in developing solutions
  • Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support
  • Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects
  • Provide Solution Architect support expertise to Sales and Implementation teams during the RFI/RFP and POC stages and help Sales and Implementation teams to draft the RFI/RFP responses
  • o Participate in pre-sales client workshops to help shape best fit solution – by working closely with Sales and Implementation teams


Some things you need to have

A qualified candidate for the RPA Solution Architect position will have:

  • Experienced in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in Infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, Security. Minimum 5 years experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++,etc) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
  • Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
  • Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop solution architecture designs
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc
  • A minimum of four years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator
  • Ideally formal qualification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g. TOGAF) or formal qualifications in technology
  • Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy
