For the second consecutive year, UiPath has been named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation.
We’re extremely proud to have been named a Leader again in the newly released Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation, as we believe it shows our commitment to helping our customers achieve success with automation. At this current moment, when embracing and scaling automation is key to improving business resilience and agility, we are seeing the importance of accelerated digital transformation.
In short: execution is critical, because the time to automate is now.
It's time to automate
The business landscape has shifted this year in ways that have exposed weaknesses and increased the need for strong continuity planning. Speed and agility are necessities as companies look to adapt to changing circumstances. They are looking for flexible, secure technology that can drive business continuity even when people can’t.
This shift is creating a new wave of automation. The Wall Street Journal reported that “Companies are expected to ramp up automation in the aftermath of the coronavirus outbreak as employers seek to cut costs and boost productivity.”
At UiPath, we’ve seen customers use our technology in some truly impressive ways as they navigate sudden changes. As businesses scale their automation programs and turn their attention toward hyperautomation, we are focused on delivering a platform that not only offers best-in-class Robotic Process Automation (RPA), but combines RPA with artificial intelligence (AI), task and process mining, document understanding, and more to support the end-to-end automation journey.
Listening to our customers
In 2019, Gartner recognized UiPath as the July 2019 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Robotic Process Automation – a collection of independent user reviews. As of June 30, 2020, UiPath has 346 reviews and highest customer rating (4.6/5), and was rated 4.5/5 for ease of deployment, 4.6/5 for service and support, and 4.6/5 for product capabilities. We believe being named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation reinforces these customer ratings. We’re incredibly grateful to our customers for their continued support and to Gartner for their impartial analysis of the RPA landscape.
“We are, and will continue to be, a driving force of momentum in the RPA industry,” said UiPath Co-Founder and CEO Daniel Dines. “As one of the pioneers in this market, UiPath will continue to make bold moves in building a scalable, enterprise-ready platform that can grow with customers on their automation journeys. I couldn’t be prouder of our company and the leadership positions we continue to attain in the market.”
