UiPath FUSION Agentic Labs Munich is open to UiPath customers and prospects. Selected sponsors and partners may also attend, subject to capacity.
The general admission conference pass gives you access to all sessions and all hosted meals. The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions (diary – free, gluten – free, vegetarian) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, special meals are available on a first come, first served basis.
To participate in UiPath FUSION Agentic Labs München please complete the registration form.
All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received after your participation was approved.

No, unfortunately you cannot transfer your registration to another person. Please cancel your ticket if you cannot attend anymore.

All parking users must validate the parking ticket issued at the entrance via the parking machine by using the several ticket machines on the site.
Availability for all parking areas will be first come, first served.
The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors.
Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.
If you lose your badge, please visit the Registration area for assistance.
The Agentic Area will be open during meals, breaks and Networking Happy Hour.
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available during the event for all attendees.

There is no password. However, after selecting / connecting to the Wi-Fi, the user has to accept the terms & conditions in order get internet access.
No, your ID is not required on arrival.
