  • Why should I attend UiPath FUSION München?

    Join UiPath FUSION München on 11 November for an executive-level view of how to move from AI experiments to outcomes.   • Who can attend?

    UiPath FUSION München is an invite-only event for UiPath customers and prospective customers.

  • What does the Conference Pass include?

    The general admission conference pass gives you access to all sessions and all hosted meals. If you selected to participate in the stadium highlight tours, this will also be covered by your conference pass. 

    The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses. 

  • Which meals are hosted by the conference?

    All meals mentioned in the agenda

  • Will the meals provided accommodate my dietary restrictions?

    We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions (diary – free, gluten – free, vegetarian) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, special meals are available on a first come, first served basis. 

  • How can I participate in UiPath Fusion München?

    To participate in UiPath FUSION München please complete the registration form. In case you do not have an invitation code, please reach out to ce.marketing@uipath.com and we will come back to you as soon as possible. Due to the limited seats, we might not be able to accommodate every request.

  • What if I can no longer attend?

    All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received after your participation was approved. 

    Please allow two working days for a reply. 

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my organization if I am not able to attend?

    No, unfortunately you cannot transfer your registration to another person. Please cancel your ticket if you cannot attend anymore. 

  • Can I add another email address to my current registration to receive notifications?

    No, unfortunately we cannot add a second email address to your registration. 

  • I did not receive my registration confirmation. How can I get it?

    You can have your registration confirmation email re-sent to you by emailing us at fusion@uipath.com mentioning UiPath FUSION München.

  • When is the agenda going to be published?

    We will continue to update our agenda with speakers and sessions. Please continue to check our event website for updates.

  • Where is the Allianz Arena Business Club located?

    Franz-Beckenbauer-Platz 5, 80939 München, Germany. (Google Maps)

  • Will there be parking available?

    All parking users must validate the parking ticket issued at the entrance via the parking machine by using the several ticket machines on the site. 

    Availability for all parking areas will be first come, first served. 

  • Which airport should I fly into, how can I get there?
  • What is the dress code for UiPath FUSION München?

    The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors. 

  • Will I need to wear my conference badge at all times?

    Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees. 

    If you lose your badge, please visit the Registration area for assistance. 

  • Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?

    Yes, Wi-Fi will be available during the event for all attendees. 

    Wi-Fi network name: Allianzarenaconnect 

    There is no password. However, after selecting / connecting to the Wi-Fi, the user has to accept the terms & conditions in order get internet access.  

  • Will an ID be required on arrival?

    No, your ID is not required on arrival. 

  • When and where can I pick up my conference badge? What are the registration hours?

    You can check in at the designated registration area. Details will be made available in advance of the event.
