UiPath showcasing different automation use cases with scenarios of different business units across organization (e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.).

Use Case Idea Generation
Teams concentrate on generating as many automation ideas or potential solutions as possible from different perspectives, including business use cases.

Group Sharing (2 minutes per group)
Teams will share their ideas and collect feedbacks from peers.

Idea Prioritization, and Implementation Roadmap Planning
Gaining consensus on the priority of ideas. Merge similar ideas, map potential initiatives on the implementation roadmap.
