Why should I attend FORWARD 5?

FORWARD 5 is 2.5 days of inspiration, exploration, and connection with fellow groundbreakers immersed in the promise and practice of using automation to fuel digital transformation.

Who can attend?

FORWARD 5 is open to customers, prospective customers, sponsoring and invited partners, industry and financial analysts, members of the press, and UiPath employees.

What does the Conference Pass include?

The general admission conference pass gives you access to all sessions, Expertsville, the Welcome Reception, and the Automation Celebration and all hosted meals.

The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses. You can book a room at a reduced rate through our hotel room block for The Venetian Resort when registering or through this link.

Which meals are hosted by the conference?

Tuesday: Welcome Reception (light bites, drinks)
Wednesday: Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks, Automation Celebration (dinner and drinks)
Thursday: Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks

Will meals be provided to accommodate my dietary restrictions?

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I bring a guest to the Automation Celebration on September 28?

Only conference attendees can attend the Automation Celebration. To access the event, you will need your conference badge.

How can I register for FORWARD 5?

To register for FORWARD 5, please visit the registration page. Accepted payment is by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). Please make sure you register using a business email address.

How do I make changes to my registration information?

You can make changes to your registration by going to the Registration Confirmation email you received and selecting “Manage Registration Details”. From here you will be prompted to edit Details such as job title, mobile number, and name.

What if I can no longer attend?

All registration cancellations must be requested by clicking on “Request Cancellation” in the Registration Confirmation email you received.

Please note that cancellation requests received after September 26, 11:59 PM ET, 2022, will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation requests received before September 26, 11:59 PM ET, 2022, will qualify for a refund, and a small administration fee will be held from the refund.

Please allow 72 hours for a reply.

How long will it take for a refund to appear on my credit card?

Our payment processor will process the refund requests to your bank or card issuer within 5-10 business days. Your cancellation is final and cannot be reversed. If your plans change and you are able to attend, you will need to register via the registration site again.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my organization if I am not able to attend?

No, you cannot transfer your registration to another person, please cancel your registration.

Can I add another email address to my current registration to receive notifications?

Unfortunately, we cannot add a second email address to your registration.

I did not receive my registration confirmation. How can I get it?

You can have your Registration Confirmation email resent to you by clicking on the “Looking for your ticket” option in the footer of the FORWARD 5 event page.

Please check your spam/junk folders if you still do not receive it. If you’re still having issues, please email us forward@uipath.com.

What form of payment is accepted for FORWARD 5?

Credit Card is the only option available for payment. In addition, we are not able to split payments between two credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.

How do I get a receipt for my purchase?

A receipt will be sent to you in the Registration Confirmation email.

When is the agenda going to be published?

We will continue to update our agenda with speakers and sessions. Please continue to check our agenda page for updates.

When will the event mobile app be available?

The FORWARD 5 mobile app will be available in September.

In order to login to the event mobile app, you will need to use the email you registered with.

Can I select sessions to build my agenda?

Yes, as part of the registration process you can build your agenda by selecting sessions based on your ticket type.

Hotel FAQ

Are masks required at FORWARD 5?

We are still operating in a time of pandemic, and are staying vigilant to keep our guests and employees safe from COVID-19. Vaccination and/or masking requirements might be in place at the time of FORWARD 5. We will follow the most protective guidance at the time of the event, (CDC guidelines and/or local Las Vegas (Clark County, NV) public health guidelines.) Please check back with the registration site as the event draws closer.

Will the UiPath team make my hotel reservation for FORWARD 5?

You are responsible for making your hotel reservation. You must book your room through the Passkey tool. The same link will be provided during the registration process. Please note the cut-off date for booking your hotel room is September 6.

Are there discounted hotel rates for FORWARD 5? Do I need a code for hotel discounts?

Yes, we have a limited number of reduced-rate rooms at The Venetian Resort, so please make sure you reserve early.

You can book your discounted hotel room at The Venetian Resort after your registration, and you do not require a special code.

How long will the discounted hotel rates be available?

You must reserve your hotel room by September 6, 2022, to take advantage of the discounted room block we have at The Venetian Resort. Please note, we have a limited number of rooms, and we cannot guarantee reduced-rate rooms will be available at the time of your booking.

Will I need to provide a credit card to book my room?

Yes. A credit card is required to reserve your room.

Does the hotel offer complimentary WiFi?

Wi-Fi is included with the mandatory $30 plus tax per night resort fee.

Does the hotel charge a resort fee or a deposit?

Yes, the hotel charges a deposit for incidentals, $150 /night. The deposit will be returned to your credit card at checkout. A standard resort fee of $30 plus tax per night will be charged at the time of the occupancy. The resort fee includes unlimited local and toll-free calls, in-suite internet access (Wi-Fi), access to top newspapers and magazines using the Press Reader app while connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, boarding pass printing, and daily access for two adults to the fitness facility within the Canyon Ranch spa+fitness. Will I receive a hotel confirmation number?

All reservations will be confirmed via hotel email confirmation. The email confirmation sender will be: email@email.venetian.com, email@email.palazzo.com email@email.palazzo.com or info@cvent.com.

What is the check-in/ check-out time?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM PT, standard check-out time is 11:00 AM PT.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation at The Venetian Resort?

You can change your reservation through Passkey and click on the “Manage Existing Reservation” link. Input your confirmation number and email address and then click on “Manage Reservation.”

If you would prefer to speak with someone, please contact the Call Center at (702)414-1000 or (866)659-9643 and provide either your first and last name or hotel confirmation number.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation? What is the cancellation policy for the hotel room?

You can change your reservation through Passkey or by calling the Call Center toll-free at (866)659-9643. A deposit of the first night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the first night’s room and tax. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night’s room and tax.

Does the hotel offer rooms on the nights before and after the conference?

You can reserve a room at our discounted rate of $239/night for September 26-30. We have a limited number of rooms in our room block and reservations are first-come, first-served. The Venetian Resort manages their other inventory, and they can assist you in finding rooms outside of our room block.

What happens if I do not check in on my scheduled arrival date?

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel will cancel your entire reservation and may opt not to reinstate your reservation even if you arrive the next day. You will also be charged a penalty equal to one night (including tax), regardless of the hotel’s decision to reinstate your reservation or not.

Are the requests guaranteed if I have special requests during my hotel booking process? 

The Venetian Resort will try to accommodate special requests, unfortunately guarantees cannot be issued.

Where is The Venetian Resort?

Which airport should I fly to, how can I get to the hotel?

Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran) is the closest airport to the hotel. The hotel Rideshare Pick-Up can be found at the Mall Valet of the Venetian located on the second level, and the Lower Porte-Cochere at the Palazzo. What is the dress code for FORWARD 5?

The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a blazer or a sweater for your comfort as it will be air conditioned indoors.

Will I need to wear my conference badge at all times?

Yes, you will need to wear your conference badge at all times to access the all areas related to the conference. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.

If you lose your badge, please visit the registration area for assistance.

When will Expertsville be open?

You can meet experts at designated times on both Wednesday and Thursday. Please check the FORWARD 5 agenda page for details.

Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area during FORWARD 5 for all attendees.

Will an ID be required on arrival?

Yes. Please bring your ID to pick up your conference badge during registration hours.

Your ID and a credit card will be required to check-in at the hotel. If you use a corporate credit card, please make sure you know your PIN as this will be requested.

When and where can I pick up my conference badge?

Please visit the registration area in the FORWARD 5 Arena to pick up your conference badge.
