The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses. You can book a room at a
reduced rate through our hotel room block for Wynn Hotel when registering through our Passkey tool.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only conference attendees can attend the evening events. To access the evening events, a conference badge is required.

Credit card is the only payment option when registering for the conference. In addition, we are not able to split payments between two credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

All registration cancellations can be made by clicking on “Request Cancellation” button found in the registration confirmation email you received.
Please note that cancellation requests received AFTER September 26, 2025, 11:59 PM PT, will not qualify for a refund. Cancellation requests received BEFORE September 26, 2025, 11:59 PM PT, will qualify for a refund minus an administration fee of $6 /ticket. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.
Our payment processor will process the refund amount to your bank or card issuer within 5–10 business days.
No, you cannot transfer your registration to another person. If you can’t attend, please cancel your registration.

You are responsible for making your hotel reservation. You must book your room through the Passkey tool. We provide a link to the Passkey tool during the registration process. Please note the last day to book your hotel room at the discounted rate is September 3, 2025, 5:00 PM PT.
Yes, we have a limited number of reduced-rate rooms at Wynn Hotel, so please make sure you reserve early. You can book your discounted hotel room at Wynn Hotel after you register. You don't need a special code.
You must reserve your hotel room September 3, 2025, 5:00 PM PT, to take advantage of the discounted room block we have at Wynn Hotel. Please note, we have a limited number of rooms, and we cannot guarantee reduced-rate rooms will be available at the time of your booking.
Yes. A credit card is required to reserve your room. At check-in, you must present an ID that matches the name on your credit card.
Yes, the hotel charges a deposit in the amount of the first night room rate on the reservation. There is an incidental fee charge of $150 per night. This pre-authorization will take place upon check-in and will be returned to your credit card at checkout.
Should the attendee not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300.00 per night for incidental charges. Such cash deposit will be collected at the time of check-in. Please note that if the attendee does utilize a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.
A standard resort fee of $40 plus 13.38% tax per night will be charged at the time of the occupancy. The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:

You can reserve a room at our discounted rate from September 28 to October 3. We have a limited number of rooms in our room block and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Wynn Hotel manages their other inventory, and they can help you in finding rooms outside our room block.
If you do not check in by 8:00am the day after the scheduled date of arrival on your
scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your
reservation would be void.
Any reinstatements are subject to hotel availability.
If you arrive after the original check-in date, you would still be responsible for paying the
full rate for the night of the “No Show”.
Wynn Hotel will try to accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, guarantees cannot be issued.

The dress code is business casual. While we will do our best to control the temperature in the conference area, we recommend you bring a blazer or a sweater for your comfort, as it will be air-conditioned indoors.
Yes, your conference badge must be worn at all times to ensure access to all event-related areas. Your badge will also be used as a networking tool where you can exchange your details with other attendees, and access materials from the Agentic Arena. If your badge is lost or misplaced, please visit the registration desk for assistance.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area during FUSION for all attendees.
