FUSION is an in-person three-day event taking place September 22-25, 2026, at the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA), that brings together the world’s business and IT leaders, AI and automation architects and practitioners, UiPath experts and partners, thought leaders and business strategists. Credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are the only payment options when registering for the conference. Note that we cannot split payments between two credit cards.

The conference pass gives you access to all sessions, the Experts Arena, the Welcome Reception, and all hosted meals.

Yes. We offer early bird discounts--but it expires soon, so don't delay. We also offer volume discounts for group purchases of five or more tickets.

Once purchased, the group tickets can be transferred to your designated attendees in three easy steps:

  1. Access "Manage Registration" from your registration confirmation email.
  2. Click on the "Transfer Ticket" button available for each of the purchased tickets.
  3. On the Transfer Ticket form, add the full name and business email address of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket. Then click “Transfer”.

Each attendee will receive an email with a "Complete Registration" link to finalize their details. Please alert your team that this step is required to validate their tickets.

If you wish to register yourself using one of the group tickets, please make sure you go through the transfer process first (Steps 2 and 3, above) and complete your registration through the email you’ll receive.

You can change your registration information by clicking on the “Manage Registration Details” button in your registration confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we cannot add a second email address to your registration.

All registration cancellations can be made by clicking on “Request Cancellation” button found in the registration confirmation email you received.

Please note that cancellation requests received AFTER September 20, 2026, 12:00 AM PT, will not qualify for a refund. Cancellation requests received BEFORE September 19, 2026, 11:59 PM PT, will qualify for a refund. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.

Refunds will be initiated by our payment processor within 5 to 10 business days and will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for registration.

Please note that cancellation requests received AFTER September 20, 2026, 12:00 AM PT, will not qualify for a refund. Cancellation requests received BEFORE September 19, 2026, 11:59 PM PT, will qualify for a refund. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.

No, you cannot transfer your registration to another person. If you can’t attend, please cancel your registration. Please contact us at fusion@uipath.com with any questions.

Harry Reid International Airport (airport code: LAS) is the closest airport to the hotel. Transportation options from Harry Reid International Airport to the Wynn Las Vegas include:

  • Taxi
  • Rideshare (Lyft and Uber are available)

If you are driving to Las Vegas, Wynn Las Vegas offers complimentary self-parking for hotel guests and parking for a fee for those who are not staying at the hotel. Valet parking is available for an additional fee. Details and pricing are available on the Wynn Las Vegas website.

UiPath has secured a limited block of rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas at a preferred rate, available for stays from September 21 to September 25. To take advantage of this rate, please make your reservation here. These rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked no later than August 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT, so we urge you to make your reservations as soon as possible. Note: rates shown include a mandatory $45 daily resort fee.

You are responsible for booking your accommodations in Las Vegas. (As a reminder, FUSION admission does not include lodging or transportation). Should you wish to stay at the Wynn Las Vegas, UiPath has secured a limited number of rooms at a preferred rate. These must be reserved no later than August 27, 2026, 5:00 PM PT through this link. The conference rate at the Wynn is available through August 27, 2026, 5:00 PM PT, or until all the rooms in the UiPath block have been booked—whichever comes first. Please note we have a limited number of rooms, and we cannot guarantee reduced-rate rooms will be available at the time of your booking. We urge you to make your reservations as soon as possible.

Yes. A credit card is required to reserve your room. At check-in, you must present an ID that matches the name on your credit card.

Yes—there are three separate charges associated with your hotel stay:

  1. Room deposit
    The hotel will charge a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, including taxes and fees. This applies to your reservation and is separate from any incidental charges.
  2. Incidental authorization
    At check-in, the hotel will place a pre-authorization hold of $150 per night on your credit card to cover incidental expenses. This amount is not a fee and will be released back to your card after checkout, provided there are no incidental charges.
    • If you are unable to provide a credit card, the hotel will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals, collected at check-in.
    • If you use a debit card, please note that the pre-authorization will appear as a direct withdrawal from your bank account at check-in and may take additional time to be returned, depending on your bank.
  3. Resort fee
    A non-refundable resort fee of $45 per night (plus 13.38% tax) will be charged during your stay. Please note that this fee is already included in the displayed average nightly rate.

    The resort fee includes:

    • In-room Wi-Fi for up to four devices
    • Fitness center access for two guests
    • Access to resort pools and sundecks
    • Concierge services (dining, spa, and golf reservations)
    • Unlimited local calls, long-distance calls within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska), and toll-free calls
    • Digital access to more than 5,000 newspapers and magazines
    • Alexa in-room entertainment and room controls

In room Wi-Fi for up to four devices is included in the mandatory resort fee. Complimentary Wi-Fi for attendees will also be available in the conference venue.

All reservations will be confirmed via email. The email confirmation sender will be Info@cvent.com or roomreservations@wynnlasvegas.com.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM PT and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM PT. For more info about your stay at the Wynn Las Vegas, please visit their site.

Our preferred group rate is available for stays from September 21 to September 25, 2026. This rate includes the mandatory $45 daily resort fee. Please note that our room block is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. As the hotel manages all room inventory, availability for dates outside of this window or once the block is full is subject to the hotel’s discretion and current market rates.

If you do not check in by 8:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled.

Wynn Las Vegas will try to accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, guarantees cannot be issued.

ON SITE

Yes. FUSION offers a free mobile app designed to help you get the most out of the event. You can use it to build and manage your personal agenda, keep track of sessions and key events, and stay up to date on important announcements and schedule changes. The app also makes it easy to navigate the event, discover sessions and speakers, and stay connected throughout your FUSION experience.

When the FUSION mobile app becomes available in early September, we will send you an email containing a download link.

The dress code is business casual.

Please note that the conference areas will be air-conditioned. While we will make every effort to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the event, you may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.

ou must display your conference badge to obtain access to all FUSION-related event areas. Your badge will also be used as a networking tool to exchange your details with other attendees and access materials from the Experts Arena. If your badge is lost or misplaced, please visit the registration desks for assistance.

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area during FUSION for all attendees.

Please visit one of the FUSION registration areas to pick up your conference badge. You can find these locations marked on the maps within the event mobile app.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note that on site, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Only conference attendees can attend the evening events. Note: a conference badge is required for admittance.
