How can I join the AI-Powered Automation Summit?
To register, please fill out the registration form here.
Please note that you will be added to a waiting list. A confirmation will be sent within 3 working days.
Your registration is not transferrable. If you are no longer able to attend, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email, so we can reallocate the space.
What does participation include?
Participation is free of charge and includes access to the event and networking area, as well as all meals and drinks offered during the event.
Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the conference pass.
What food is provided during the conference?
During the event, lunch will be provided and coffee breaks will include snacks.
In which language will the event take place?
The event will be held in English.
When will the agenda be published?
We will constantly update our program with speakers and lectures. Please visit our Agenda regularly to be up to date.

How can I arrive?
Public transport:
Theater De Kom can be reached by fast tram from Utrecht, IJsselstein and Nieuwegein-Zuid. All trams stop at the Stadscentrum Nieuwegein. From the Nieuwegein Stadscentrum stop or from De Oude Kom, you can walk via the Cityplaza shopping center to DE KOM at Stadsplein in about five minutes.
Car:
You can reach Theater De Kom by car via the A2, A12 or A27 motorways towards Nieuwegein. Follow the signs "Centrum", "Theater" and the P-signs.
Parking:
In the nearby parking garages Theater, Stadshuis and Cityplaza you pay €2.90 per hour.
What is the dress code for the AI-Powered Automation Summit?
There is no specific dress code for the event.
Do I have to wear my conference badge at all times?
Yes, please wear your conference badge during the event. Your badge will also help you to get to know other participants. If you lose your badge, please contact the registration.
Will WiFi be available during the conference?
Yes, WiFi will be provided for all attendees during the event (subject to change).
