NEW YORK – October 5, 2020 – UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, today announced the appointment of Michael Gordon, COO and CFO of MongoDB, and Kim Hammonds, senior advisor and non-executive director to several technology companies, to its Board of Directors. COVID-19 has heightened the critical need of automation to address challenges and create value in days and weeks, not months and years. We are committed to working harder to help our customers evolve, transform, and succeed fast in the new normal to earn our customers’ trust for the long-term. The additions of Michael and Kim to our Board of Directors is an important step for our company as we continue to expand our capabilities and market leadership to support our vision for the fully automated enterprise.

The rapid growth UiPath has experienced is supported by an outstanding team, an innovative solution, and a customer-first mindset. I’ve known Daniel for over two years and have followed the company’s success. As UiPath expands its solutions further into cloud, managed services, and SaaS offerings, I am excited to bring my perspectives to their business strategies and go-to-market efforts.
