Q: Will I lose any learning progress?
No, all your learning credentials and achievements are expected to be preserved as part of this upgrade.
In rare cases, some information may take a short time to fully appear after go-live. If you notice anything missing or incorrect, please contact support and we will assist you.
Q: Will my login details or account change?
No, your login details and account will remain the same. You can continue to access the Academy using your existing credentials.
If you experience any issues logging in after the upgrade, please start a new browser session and clear your cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, please contact support for assistance.
Q: What should I do if I was in the middle of a course?
We recommend completing any in-progress courses before the scheduled maintenance window, as your session may be interrupted during the upgrade.
In some cases, you may need to restart a course after the Academy is back online. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: What should I do if I cannot log in or encounter errors?
If you experience login issues or errors when accessing pages or content, please try the following:
Start a new browser session and clear your cache and cookies.
Restart your browser and try again.
If you are an UiPath employee, make sure you use the Login with Microsoft option.
Some temporary issues may occur shortly after the upgrade as the system stabilizes.

Q: My learning progress appears to be missing. What should I do?
Your learning progress has been transferred as part of the platform upgrade.
In some cases, it may take a short time for all progress to be fully reflected after go-live.
If you notice any missing or incorrect progress, please contact support, and our team will assist you.
Q: Why is content loading slower than usual?
You may experience slightly slower loading times shortly after the upgrade, especially the first time you access certain content.
This is expected as content is being loaded and cached. Performance should improve after the initial access.
Q: Will all courses be available immediately after go-live?
Yes, all courses will be available after go-live.

Q: How can I sign up to UiPath Academy?
Fill in the sign-up form using your company email (if you are an enterprise employee) or your personal email address. You will receive the activation email shortly, or
Use your social login for Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn-based accounts. Please note—if you use social login, your password is managed by the social account, not by UiPath Academy.
Q: Are there any costs for UiPath Academy?
All UiPath Academy courses and learning plans are currently free of charge.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Q: I can’t log in to UiPath Academy
Before logging into UiPath Academy, please start a new browser session and clear your cache and cookies. Please use your active email address for logging instead of a username. If you don’t remember your login credentials, please reset your password. In case you didn’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder.
If you have initially logged in using a social login (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), you cannot revert to logging in with username and password. You must use the same social login method.
Please note that, if you use social login, your password is managed by the social account, not by UiPath Academy (you must reset your password in Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft etc.).
If you still encounter issues logging in, please raise a ticket here and in the Academy Chatbot, please select Academy and then, Unable to login.
Q: How do I recover my password or username?
If you don’t remember the login credentials, please reset your password. If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Please note that, if you use social login, your password is managed by the social account, not by UiPath Academy (you must reset your password in Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft etc.).
Q: I have two UiPath Academy accounts (a personal account and a company account). Is there a way to merge them and keep my progress and achievements?
Yes. Please raise a ticket here and in the Academy Chatbot, please select Academy and then, Account Merge.
Please clearly mention in the ticket which is the source account (the account from* which the progress data will be transferred) and which is the target account (the account to* which the progress data will be transferred).
More than two accounts can be merged.
NOTE: The target accounts will be DEACTIVATED. Only the source account shall remain active.
Q: My course progress has been lost after exiting the course.
Your course progress might be lost if you are using:
Web browsers aside from Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge, or Opera
VPNs
Browser extensions that are stopping the browser from tracking activity for confidentiality and security reasons (e.g., Privacy Badger, Https Everywhere, etc.)
Please disable the aforementioned blockers and reload the page.
If you still cannot access your course progress, please raise a ticket here, and in the Academy Chatbot, please select Academy and then, Other technical issues, queries or feedback.
Q: I am not able to find some of the courses and learning plans in the Academy.
Old and outdated content has been retired from UiPath Academy.

Q: I am not able to find some of my diplomas and badges on the new Academy.
All your badges and diplomas should have been transferred to the new UiPath Academy. They can be found under My Academy - Achievements.
If you cannot find all your diplomas and badges, please raise a ticket here, and in the Academy Chatbot, please select Academy, and then, Cannot find my diploma.
Q: I have tried to copy-paste a course URL from the browser, but it does not work for the recipient.
To be able to share a course or a learning plan with another user, please do not copy paste it from the browser, instead use the "Copy Shareable Link" button.
Q: Where can I report any other technical issues with the courses?
Should you experience any technical issues that require support, please raise a ticket here.
Q: Why do I see incorrect characters on my diplomas?
If you are taking a course or learning plan which is translated in any other language besides English and you see incorrect characters on your diploma (in either your name or the title of the content), please go to the top right corner, click on your profile, click on Preferences and in the Language section, please select the language of the translated course or learning plan.
Then you should be able to download your diploma with the correct characters.

A learning plan combines multiple Academy courses necessary to reach a certain level in a role-based career path (for example, Automation Developer Associate, Specialized AI Professional, and so on).
