Q: What is a learning plan?
A learning plan combines multiple Academy courses necessary to master a particular knowledge area. Courses within a learning plan can be taken in any order.

Q: How can I sign up to UiPath Academy?
Fill in the sign-up form using your company email. You will receive the activation email shortly.
OR use social login for Google, Microsoft and Linkedin-based accounts. Please note—if you use social login, your password is managed by the social account, not by UiPath Academy
Q: Why can’t I log in to UiPath Academy?
Before signing in UiPath Academy, please start a new browser session and clear your cache and cookies. Please use your active email address for login instead of a username. If you don’t remember your login credentials, please reset your password. In case you didn’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder.
Q: Is my course progress lost?
Your progress for L1 Foundation training (2018.2 or 2018.3 version) is reflected in the new RPA Developer Foundation learning plan.
Your progress for L2 Orchestrator (2018.2 or 2018.3 version) is reflected in the new Orchestrator for Developers course within RPA Developer Foundation learning plan.
Selectors, Debugging and Data Manipulation courses have been expanded to be more in-depth compared to the previous RPA Foundation versions. As a result, you’ll need to pass these courses again.
Q: Why can’t I find some of the previous courses I have enrolled to?
To ensure UiPath Academy offers the most up-to-date content, we have retired the outdated courses and their localized versions. A full list of retired courses can be found here.
We have also updated the course names to facilitate your learning experience. Please check this document to see the difference between the OLD course names and NEW course names.
Q: Where can I download my diploma of completion?
The diploma for active Academy courses and learning plans are being emailed to users for every completed course.
You can also go to each course and download your diploma.
Courses that don’t have a download option will be updated by June 15 and you will be able to download your credentials.
A dedicated space for all of your previous achievements is going to be available by June 15. If you haven’t received your diploma of completion, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Release notes are available on our website. Additionally, instant and monthly subscription options will trigger notifications when a new release is available. For major releases, we will hold webinars.
Q: How do I prepare for technical training?
All technical courses in UiPath Academy include practical exercises that require access to UiPath Studio. Before you start the training, please download the UiPath Automation Cloud for community.
Q: What is the cost per training and how can I pay?
All UiPath Academy courses and learning plans are free of charge.
Q: How do I recover my password or username?
If you don’t remember the login credentials, please reset your password. If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Q: How can I update my email address?
To update your email address, go to your Academy account -> click on the Account Circle in the top right corner -> Account Settings -> Update your primary email field -> Update.
Q: Why has my course progress been lost after exiting the course, and how do I fix this issue?
Your course progress might be lost if you are using:
Web browsers aside from Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge or Opera
VPNs
Browser extensions that are stopping the browser from tracking activity for confidentiality and security reasons (e.g. Privacy Badger, Https Everywhere, etc.)
Please disable the aforementioned blockers and reload the page. If you still cannot access your course progress, please contact us.
Q: What should I do if I don’t receive the account registration email?
The registration email might be filtered by your email service. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact us.
