UiPath Academy Training Policies


All basic training modules are available online and free of charge. Sign up with UiPath Academy, activate your account and get started. 

All instructor-led training are billable. You can register for an instructor-led course by contacting our Sales department.

Payment options

A method of payment for instructor-led online or onsite training must be agreed before the class start date. UiPath reserves the right to cancel an instructor-led training if no method of payment has been received at least 7 working days prior to the planned training session start date.

All payments for instructor-led training sessions (online or onsite) are due 30 days from the receipt of the invoice.

For purely technical, instructor-led courses (RPA Developer Advanced User, Infrastructure, Service Support, Solution Architects etc.) a minimum number of 5 participants and a maximum of 10 participants are imposed.

For non-technical training, instructor-led courses (RPA Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers etc) there is a minimum of 5 participants required but no upper limit imposed.

For ad-hoc open/public webinars on technical or non-technical subjects, UiPath reserves the right to decide on the spot if any limits or constraints will be imposed regarding the number of participants.

Confirmation process

All requests for online or onsite instructor-led trainings will trigger an acknowledgment notification from our Sales team.

Training Delivery Dates 

Training delivery dates are subject to UiPath Trainer availability and will be agreed as part of the initial preparatory discussions with the UiPath Sales team.

Fees, taxes, and invoices

UiPath will provide an order with all fees payable to UiPath - be it a product or professional services related. Fees don’t include any government required taxes or expenses. The only applicable fees are the ones mentioned in the confirmed order.

Cancellation and Rescheduling policy

UiPath may cancel or reschedule a class at its discretion, and if so, will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least one week in advance. You will not be charged in case of UiPath’s cancellation or rescheduling.

In the case of customer cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible of any changes in your scheduled training.

For instructor-led classes, UiPath commits to deliver the training during the immediate next available slot.

Arrival to training

Participants to onsite courses are requested to be present 30 minutes before the start of the class on the first day.
