UWM implemented UiPath Document Understanding™ to automate invoice data extraction and side-by-side review. This reduced invoice processing time from three minutes to 30 seconds per loan, allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks. UiPath Communications Mining™ also cut email-to-case queue workloads by 20%, eliminating over 50,000 work items. ​

We have multiple team members every single day just working with these invoice documents. We built an app with UiPath to extract that data and show it to the team member side-by-side with the invoice, so they could make quick decisions.
