UiPath Academy is a program designed and implemented by UiPath to raise awareness of the UiPath RPA Platform, increase the number of professionals that can use UiPath RPA Platform and improve its overall adoption. The key elements of the UiPath Academy are the UiPath RPA Platform and related services, the online training platform made available by UiPath (the “UiPath Academy Platform”) and the UiPath Academy users.
To obtain a certification from the UiPath Academy related to certain Services, you need to create an account, fulfill the requirements referenced in UiPath’s Training Page and Certifications Page for the relevant Services, pass the Certification Exam and comply with any additional requirements applicable to specific training. For paid Services, you will need to also pay the applicable fees.
As an UiPath Academy Platform user, you will constantly ensure that all the required arrangements to register and use the Services are in accordance with the Terms and applicable laws. UiPath will provide under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services to register for the available UiPath RPA Platform courses and training. When you create your account or use any features, you need to provide UiPath with accurate and complete information. Using the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the content you access and you will not share with any third-party access to or access information for your account. You need to notify UiPath (a) immediately of any unauthorized use of your account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
UiPath strives to have all UiPath Academy users feel safe and comfortable while using the Services. Therefore, please follow the below guidelines as UiPath does not routinely screen or monitor content provided by users. UiPath may remove or edit inappropriate content or activity which was reported to UiPath or suspend, disable, or terminate a user's access to all or part of the Services.

The UiPath RPA Platform for trial purposes, is subject to the terms located at the following web address: Trial General Terms (or successor website).
The Services enable you to share your content, such as homework, exams, projects, and other assignments you submit or posts you make in the forums ("User Generated Content") with UiPath, instructors or other users. You retain all intellectual property rights in the User Generated Content, to the extent it does not include any UiPath Confidential Information or proprietary right. Also, you are responsible for the User Generated Content you share or its use. Any User information that you post will not be considered confidential. To the extent you provide User Generated Content, you grant UiPath a transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, display, and otherwise use the User Generated Content. UiPath reserves the right to remove or modify User Generated Content for any reason, including if UiPath believes that the content violates these Terms. Through the Services, you can use content provided by instructors, other users, or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. UiPath cannot guarantee that such third-party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. UiPath disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your use of such third-party content. Your submitted suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding the Services ("Feedback") may be used without any restriction or compensation to you.
UiPath Services, including the courses provided through UiPath Academy Platform, are accessible online. Certain courses may be delivered by UiPath
1. The Foundation Training Modules are available online and free of charge when they are self-led. For certain courses, there are diplomas associated with, acknowledging that the courses have been successfully completed.
2. The Instructor-Led Training has billable fees associated with them. You can register for an Instructor-Led course by contacting your Sponsor (which means the company that retained your services either as an employer or other principal – agent/contractor type of contractual relation).
3. UiPath constantly works on increasing the type of certifications available for each type of training published. Enrollment to certification examinations is typically associated with a set of pre-requisites. Please check our Certifications and FAQ page for more details.
Depending on the nature of the courses, technical or non-technical, a certain number of participants needs to be achieved, please check our Training and FAQ pages for the minimum and a maximum number of participants
UiPath reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any course or to modify any course content or the point value or assessment mechanism of any assignment, quiz, or related requirement. Courses offered are subject to the disclaimers, Limited Warrant, and Limitation of Liability sections.
Any paid Services (e.g., RPA Instructor Led Training) unless otherwise stated, are quoted in U.S. Dollars. In cases of Instructor-led, payable courses, your Sponsor is responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your Sponsor’s payment method fails, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors such as the entity sponsoring your specific course. UiPath reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services.
Pricing for all Instructor – Led Training courses is in accordance with UiPath’s Academy price list which is applied
Refunds may be available for paid Services if your Sponsor cancels your paid enrollment for a course before the start of the course. UiPath will offer to the Sponsor a complete refund within 15 days after payment. If your Sponsor cancels your participation after a course started, your Sponsor will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the course, within 15 days after the termination of the course. If any expenses were incurred by UiPath the refund will not include those documented expenses. Unless otherwise indicated as part of the sign-up process, you have 3 months after you purchase a specific course to complete that course. Except as described in here or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service or in a specific commercial arrangement with the Sponsor, UiPath has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.
The commercial negotiation and any technical information disclosed to the Sponsor, certification exams, including, without limitation, questions, answers, worksheets, drawings, diagrams, lengths, and number of exam segments or questions, or any communication related to the exams or UiPath Academy and the Services are confidential information (“Confidential Information”) and represent UiPath property. Confidential Information provided to you and your Sponsor under these Terms may be used by you and the Sponsor only for completing the course modules and for preparing for the applicable certification exams. All Confidential Information is provided “AS IS” and UiPath will not have any liability for any of your (or your Sponsor’s) use or reliance on the Confidential Information. You agree (i) to hold Confidential Information in confidence and take reasonable measures to protect it; (ii) not to use the Confidential Information at any time during the training or afterwards for any purposes except as provided in these Terms; and (iii) not to disclose, publish, reproduce or transmit any Confidential Information to any third party, in any form, including without limitation, verbal, written, electronic or by any other available means. UiPath retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all information, content and data contained in the Confidential Information and all copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights and other proprietary rights provided by UiPath in the context of the Services.
UiPath is committed to
UiPath or its suppliers periodically schedule system downtime for the Services for maintenance and other purposes. Additionally, unplanned system outages may occur. You agree that UiPath and its suppliers have no responsibility
Neither UiPath, its affiliates, licensors or suppliers, nor their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents or representatives (UiPath Parties) makes any express or implied representations or warranties to you, your Sponsor, or any other person or entity with respect to the Services of these Terms, whether oral or written, express, implied or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, any implied warranty or condition or merchantability, the implied warranty or condition of fitness for a purpose, and those arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade are expressly excluded and disclaimed. No warranty is made that use of the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, that errors or defects in the Services will be corrected, or that the Services functionality with meet your requirements.
In no event will UiPath Parties be liable to you, your Sponsor, or any other person or entity for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages or loss of goodwill in any way relating to these Terms or resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services of the performance or non-performance of any Services, including the failure of essential purpose, even if you have been notified of the possibility or likelihood of such damages occurring, and whether such liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, products liability or otherwise. To the extent permissible under applicable law, UiPath Parties are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the Terms or due to use of your account, either with or without your knowledge, including due to someone else using your password, prior to you notifying UiPath of unauthorized access to your account.
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless UiPath Parties against any loss, damages, fines and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims based on (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) User Generated Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
UiPath reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify, or delete, any courses held by UiPath Academy or your access to UiPath Academy, as follows:
You or your Sponsor may not assign, subcontract, or otherwise delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of UiPath.
You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You further consent to the personal jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the federal and state courts located in and serving Santa Clara County, California as the legal forum for any such dispute. Excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief, for claims related to the Services where the total amount sought is less than ten thousand U.S. Dollars ($10,000.00 USD), either you or UiPath may elect at any point during the dispute to resolve the claim through binding, non-appearance-based arbitration. The dispute will then be resolved using an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider, mutually agreed upon by you and UiPath. The parties and the selected ADR provider shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; rather, the arbitration shall be conducted, at the option of the party seeking relief, online, by telephone, or via written submissions alone. Any judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Any cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the
UiPath reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by UiPath. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after the publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Services that may be available on or through the platform from time-to-time, are subject to the United States and European Union Export Controls. The Services or any component cannot be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a resident of) Iraq, Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country which the US or the EU has embargoed goods; or (ii) anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the United States Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using any Services, you warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. Although the Services may be accessible worldwide, we make no representation that materials on the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal, is prohibited.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials on the Services infringe your copyright, the DCMA provides that you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it blocked.

If we deem appropriate, we may remove the offending content, warn the individual who posted the content or temporarily or permanently suspend or disable the individual’s account.
