biggest product announcements from UiPath FUSION 2025

Enterprise leaders are embracing agentic AI to solve key business problems and drive transformational outcomes. However, despite the $30 billion invested in generative AI, only 5% are seeing the payback.

At FUSION 2025, we shared our agentic automation vision and how organizations can realize ROI from AI now. We also heard early success stories from our customers, who have partnered with UiPath to transform even their most critical business processes.

Suncoast Credit Union now reviews 10x more checks using agentic automation, preventing $2.7 million in fraud losses. Network security provider Cato Networks is resolving IT tickets faster, projecting 40% of all tickets will be autonomously resolved end-to-end. Global fintech leader Fiserv transformed its merchant category validation process, achieving 98% automation in previously manual tasks.

From our experience with customers, we know that internal processes are a great place to start. Back-office operations—in procurement, finance, and HR—have transformative potential for productivity and efficiency gains. Early adopters have also embraced a “think big, start small” approach to create clarity and improve velocity.

The common thread isn’t just the use of agentic AI but in embracing agentic orchestration—the epicenter of the UiPath Platform™. Using agentic orchestration, our customers extract the most value from internal use cases like claims processing, purchase order management and many more.

UiPath is doubling down on its investments to equip every team with the tools to turn agentic AI into measurable ROI. I’m excited to share new capabilities we announced at UiPath FUSION to help customers further accelerate the adoption of agentic automation and orchestration.

Driving process excellence with Maestro

Earlier this year, we launched UiPath Maestro™—the enterprise control plane for orchestrating AI agents, robots, and people in dynamic workflows. Maestro empowers teams to model, operate, and optimize end-to-end processes with the right balance of autonomy and oversight. Organizations can continuously refine how work gets done and systematically drive better outcomes.

While Maestro seamlessly connects processes, business owners tell us they also need visibility into bottlenecks and more control to impact decisions quickly. This led us to create case management and process apps designed to improve oversight and execution.

Case management for Maestro gives business owners and their teams control to model, manage, and optimize long-running, multi-stage processes with speed, accuracy, and transparency. Maestro uniquely pairs case management with AI agents and robots to ensure cases are resolved automatically, faster, and with fewer errors. With process apps, business users gain real-time visibility into all their workflows through intuitive dashboards to proactively manage approvals, escalations, and interventions. Out-of-the-box apps cover common enterprise workflows, while the UiPath process apps SDK gives enterprises flexibility to create custom apps.

Integrated agentic solutions for faster time-to-value

Complex processes—like claims management and quality assurance (QA)—are prime candidates for agentic automation. Yet, building and managing AI agents requires time, domain knowledge, and deep expertise. That’s why we announced UiPath Solutions, designed to address complex and repetitive business processes. They’re grounded in real customer use cases and co-developed with industry leaders.

We’ve announced nine integrated solutions, spanning financial services, healthcare, and retail and manufacturing, to help customers fast-track AI implementations and ROI. Each agentic solution provides end-to-end orchestration via Maestro, prebuilt task-level agents and robots, domain-informed logic, integrations to enterprise and external applications, and embedded governance and guardrails.

For example, the new solution for consumer loans was co-developed with our customer Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) to reinvigorate their slow, costly, and fragmented loan origination process. LMCU funds over 5,800 home equity line of credit (HELOC) applications a year. Using this new UiPath Solution, robots now manage data and compliance, agents perform exceptions and reviews, and people only need to handle final checks. The result: 10 days faster cycle times per loan and capacity to handle 15% greater loan volume. Employees also now have more time to focus on high-value member interactions.

In addition to these new solutions, UiPath Test Cloud is our solution for QA and testing teams facing growing workloads and faster release cycles. Test Cloud accelerates test design, automation, execution, and management, helping customers like Cisco and EDF achieve over 90% automation rates, faster release cycles, and up to 80% cost savings.

New Test Cloud features, now generally available, include agentic performance testing which allows testers to simulate real-world user traffic and workloads to assess how software applications perform under stress, finding and fixing bottlenecks before they impact customers. Studio Web and Test Manager MCP enable browser-based software testing, self-healing test automation, autonomous testing, and chatting with UiPath Autopilot™ in Test Manager; and the ability to manage automated test cases directly in a browser with seamless Test Manager integration.

Unified development for agents and robots

Customers tell us they also need tools for their development teams to build custom agents and robots. For some customers, building task-level agents is a great way to test the waters with agentic AI before making big investments. That’s why we’re continuing to improve the UiPath Studio experience for builders of all skill levels.

Agent Builder in Studio is a low-code visual tool to create agents either from scratch or from more than 50 prebuilt agent templates for common use cases, to test and debug, deploy fast, and automatically optimize. Now you can also build conversational agents by uploading files, images, and audio directly into Agent Builder to deliver natural language automation experiences for business users.

For developers who prefer a code-first approach, coded agents offer maximum flexibility and control. They can use the UiPath SDKs and popular open-source frameworks like LangGraph and LlamaIndex, making it easier to code advanced logic and custom integrations. Coded agents now come with MCP support for external and local services, and Studio Web integration for faster evaluations and publishing.

We also know developers want to experiment, push boundaries, and try new ideas. That’s why we announced UiPath Labs, our early-access program for the latest AI capabilities. It's a safe, experimental space to explore innovations and directly influence our roadmap. Today, you can try: Enterprise Knowledge Graph which maps and connects enterprise data so agents can reason with context and deliver accurate answers. Project Delegate is a desktop agent you can talk to, teach, and trust to turn daily tasks into background execution. Agent Sandbox lets you build complete automations with natural language, low-code, or code in a unified experience.

UiPath Agents - new features to build, test, and govern with greater confidence

We're also bringing agentic AI enhancements to automation, giving developers a faster, more efficient way to automate UI-based tasks. UiPath ScreenPlay, an out-of-the-box agent, lets you build UI automations by simply describing your tasks in natural language. It understands your intent, translates it into multi-step plans, and executes them autonomously across interfaces. It also dynamically adjusts execution based on your task context, ensuring automations run smoothly even as applications change.

To build agents and robots that don’t require UI, we launched API workflows. You can use APIs to retrieve data, trigger business logic, and act across enterprise systems and third-party applications with precision. Now, API workflows are natively embedded in Studio alongside RPA and agentic workflows, unifying every automation type in the same build experience. Whether triggered by AI agents, robots, or real-time events, API workflows encapsulate reusable logic that keeps data consistent, processes connected, and system interactions reliable across the enterprise.

Next-gen intelligent document processing

Agents are only as useful as the business context they can access, and often this sits in ever-growing document workloads. That’s why, earlier this year, we launched UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction & Processing). Along with continued customer momentum, IXP was recently recognized as a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Intelligent Document Processing.

Document-centric processes are still challenging for agents to handle—formats vary, data hides in complex tables, and validation is often manual. With upcoming agentic document processing, you have a curated agent experience to easily build specialized data extraction and processing agents. Validation agents solve the data validation bottleneck by bringing agents into complex, non-deterministic validation scenarios, boosting straight-through processing (STP) while reducing manual reviews. Users can also use prebuilt validation templates to quickly cross-reference document data with a system of record. Autopilot for IXP addresses tedious and manual document schema creation, by automatically generating schemas in minutes directly from sample documents and context.

Deploy and scale trusted AI with confidence

The UiPath Platform™ is secure, governed, and open by design to support your choice of models, tools, and clouds. Our vision is a multi-layered governance framework unifying IT, infrastructure, and agentic controls. Over time, this will evolve into continuous monitoring with proactive policy recommendations and real-time enforcement.

At FUSION, we announced new governance capabilities: agent guardrails provide out-of-the-box and custom rules to keep agents within safe and compliant boundaries. New personally identifiable information (PII) in-flight masking prevents raw, sensitive data from reaching LLMs where they could pose reputational and compliance risks. We also unveiled a unified audit trail that gives enterprises a single source of truth across agents and automations.

UiPath also became one of the first enterprise agentic automation platforms to achieve ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the world’s first global standard for responsible AI. Much like ISO27001 did for information security, ISO42001 defines how AI should be governed across its entire lifecycle, with security and transparency. Our certification spans the UiPath ecosystem of partners and integrations, so you can build agentic automations with confidence.

No matter where your processes, data, and applications live, UiPath meets you there to deliver ROI.
