UiPath Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) for 2023

UiPath’s Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) for 2023

With great recognition comes great responsibility that we celebrate today with the recognition of the new group of UiPath Community Most Valuable Professionals.

The Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) Award is the highest recognition that we offer to our community members for their contribution and innovation. They are the core promoters of all the community initiatives that we run each year.

This year we evolved the program providing expertise on all the product specifications of our UiPath Business Automation Platform, and close collaboration with all the product leaders. From discovery, to designing automations, or operating and assuring continuous testing, the MVPs know it all and will share their feedback, insight and use cases to help all the users in adopting UiPath.

122 top-notch specialists across the globe that are actively contributing to the automation community will amplify their forces and share their learning and innovations with the large community of automation peers, students, customers, and partners. Last year, the MVPs made multiple contributions. Here are some highlights we want to share.

They envisioned the UiPath Business Automation Platform together with product leaders through three in-person summits in APAC, EMEA, and AMER. Intensive days full of demo sessions, roadmap conversations, and practical insights. Here’s a glimpse of the UiPath Community MVP Summits.

They are the heart of the community as our Executive Vice President, Product & Engineering Ted Kummert shares:

“One key indicator indicator of success is having a large and vibrant community is having a very vibrant MVP community as well. I consider that like the heart of a successful community, where the best experts gather, and where you get the most concentrated feedback about what you can do well and what you could do better.”

All together contributed to the first Automation Education Summit, sharing their practice of building their careers and their examples of inspiring students on campuses by joining them as mentors, speakers, trainers or even hackathon judges.

In difficult times they built for causes that have a strong social value. For example, Eduard Shlepetskyy supported his entire team in giving a hand to refugees from Ukraine. Lahiru Fernando built a solution together with Kreig Fields, at Boundaryless, to automate the foster care process.

In the past years, our MVP network has built a strong voice in empowering women in automation. Joining forces with UiPath and hosting trainings and inspirational talks for women of all ages and backgrounds to consider a professional career in automation.

Many MVPs contributed with educational material and relevant use cases, helping others through blogs, reusable components on the UiPath Marketplace, or solutions and support on the UiPath Forum.

The bar was set high, and we continue to get mesmerized by our MVP's contributions, innovative approaches, and use of automation. We'll continue to share from their incredible work through the year, so you can keep an eye on the Community Newsletter and our Community LinkedIn.

As I see it from my role as a community builder, the MVPs help us build the community in two directions.

The first community that they helped us build is the community of MVPs. That’s the community of the art of possible, where the ideal world of collaboration, exchange of ideas and support happens. In this space, passionate learners foster connection and innovative exchange of ideas and projects.

The second community is the community that the MVPs create around them, and that becomes the large UiPath Community. They are generous in sharing their passion for automation with others around them, helping others enjoy the benefits of automation or of learning how to automate.

The UiPath Community MVPs are excellent pioneers in both, and we look forward to welcoming the new MVPs and the MVPs who have been with us for years. Celebrate with us, the MVPs and make sure you get the most from them. They are always open to sharing their valuable insights, learning, and opportunities.

Check the latest UiPath Community video to hear them talking about their experience in the community, and make sure you continue to learn and share in the community for the opportunity to become one of the most valuable professionals in your automation career.
