お客様がUiPath株式会社以外のUiPathの事業体からライセンス・キーを受領している場合には、以下に提示される英語の規約が適用されます。
お客様がUiPath株式会社からライセンス・キーを受領している場合には、以下に提示される日本語の規約が適用されます。
IMPORTANT:
If you disagree with the applicable licensing agreement, DO NOT continue installing or using the UiPath RPA Platform and delete it from your computer.
The End User License Agreement agreed by Customer and UiPath applies to the Customer activating the UiPath RPA Platform using a license key issued by UiPath, subject to license fees.
The UiPath Trial Agreement available HERE applies to the Customer activating the UiPath RPA Platform using a license key solely for evaluation purposes, free of charge for the limited term, as set by UiPath.
The Community Edition License Agreement available HERE applies to the Customer activating the UiPath RPA Platform without a license key, free of charge.
In the event of a conflict of terms or interpretation between the applicable licensing agreement and a valid licensing agreement signed between Customer and UiPath for the use of the UiPath RPA Platform, the latter shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

お客様が、以下の該当するライセンス使用許諾契約に同意しない場合には、UiPath RPA Platformのインストール及び使用を中止し、お使いのコンピューターから削除して下さい。
お客様とUiPathとの間で合意されたライセンス使用許諾契約は、UiPathにより発行されたライセンス・キーを使用して有償でUiPath RPA Platform をアクティベーションするお客様に適用されます。
こちらのリンク上にあるトライアルに関する特定規約は、UiPathが指定した期間中、トライアル・ライセンス・キーでUiPath RPA Platformを評価目的のためのみに無償でアクティベーションするお客様に適用します。
こちらのリンク上にあるコミュニティに関する特定規約は、ライセンス・キーを使用せずに UiPath RPA Platformを無償でアクティベーションするお客様に適用します。
なお、上記のライセンス使用許諾契約と、お客様とUiPathとの間で別途合意し署名又は押印したUiPath RPA Platformの使用に関する有効なライセンス使用許諾契約との間に齟齬がある場合には、後者の契約が優先されます。
